By accessing or using the ProcuraX website (procurax.avxlabs.io) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ProcuraX is operated by AVX Labs Pty Ltd (ABN pending), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

ProcuraX provides procurement consulting services including:

• Factory sourcing and supplier verification in China and Asia.
• Price benchmarking and cost reduction analysis.
• Quality control, sampling, and pre-shipment inspection coordination.
• Logistics and shipping coordination.
• Free initial cost assessment (provided within 48 hours of enquiry).

The scope, pricing, and timeline for any engagement will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. The free cost assessment does not obligate you to proceed with any paid services.

3. Enquiry Form & File Uploads

When you submit an enquiry through our form, you may provide personal and business details, and optionally upload files such as invoices or product specifications. By submitting, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any uploaded documents. We handle all submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we aim to help clients reduce procurement costs by 20–50%, actual savings depend on factors including product type, order volume, current supplier pricing, and market conditions. Cost reduction estimates provided in assessments are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the ProcuraX website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of AVX Labs Pty Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as confidential. Your product details, supplier information, pricing, and business data will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing product specs with a vetted manufacturer for quoting purposes). We will not share your information with competitors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVX Labs Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
